This community has grown in the last month, and so much has been happening in my life that my brain has been almost TOO full to even know where to begin sharing. But, as life slows for the end of pregnancy and postpartum I really want to focus more energy here!
That said- what would YOU like to hear from me? I honestly have so many ideas but second guess and wonder if anyone would value them. Recipes? I have so many, half of them just aren’t photographed 😅. Cycle syncing? I have so much research! Adrenal cocktails? Mom stuff? Pregnancy info? Are we more into how-to’s and step by steps or thoughts, ideas, research and resources? What would you find most valuable in this space?
I want to see how to live more intentionally. Also kind of the financial aspect of eating and cooking healthy. It’s so expensive and as a single mom I’m trying to find ways to save.
Your recipes are so wonderful! Things that are quick and fairly easy to throw together are so helpful as a mom. I’d love to hear more stories from your life as a mother and your own spiritual journey. I think stories are so powerful; they seem to find the right listener at the right time!
Recipes and all your amazing naturopathic stuff and the slow living lifestyle stuff — i aspire to be less fast-life and have a garden and grow my own health.
I would love to get more recipes for adrenal cocktails, cycle syncing. But getting more step by steps or thoughts, ideas, research and resources that you listed would be amazing. I’m trying to get more in tune with my body
i’m certainly interested in recipes on a budget! also for picky eaters ! & all the adrenal cocktails - that don’t include coconut water (unless you absolutely cannot taste it).
also, if you have more natural products you use for hair (shampoo, conditioner, styling products), as well as skin care! like sun protectant, after sun care, lotions, facial soaps & lotions.
All of your pregnancy knowledge! I would love more info about the herbs you used, practices, etc for during pregnancy and postpartum. It was so wonderful watching all your videos! I wish I could bottle up your and your mum’s knowledge, lol 😂
I would love to see recommendations on what books to read to places for research on balancing our hormones for someone that is just barely starting out. I LOVE the way you breakdown everything you add to your adrenal cocktails and explain what every ingredient has/ does for your body! I love your recipes and cycle syncing content.
I would love to see how you navigate the change from one baby to two. I’m due with my second in October and worried about having enough time to give to everyone/everything x
Recipes + cycle syncing + adrenal cocktails, please! I’ve made four of your recipes this weekend (tuna salad, beef stew, an adrenal cocktail, and PMS brownies) and all have been amazing. I love watching your cooking videos on TikTok and it’s such a bonus to find the recipe here on Substack. Planning to make your Sunday roast and some chicken bone broth/soup next weekend. Your videos are like sitting down with a friend. So grateful for you!
I would love for a whole file of tips and tricks for pregnancy. I'm a person that has IBS and my previous pregnancy I had mild preclampsia ; which made me be induced 3 weeks early. I was also puking my whole the whole time ; with little to no stop and many emergency visits. I've been taking in some of your tips and they've helped tremendously. But it's hard to find your all of your past content on TikTok. (TikTok is where I discovered you 🩷)
Home births. How to get started with a home birth and the financial aspect as well please. I’ve had two kids delivered in the hospital but I was uncomfortable and constantly bothered not to mention the way I was treated by the nurses my whole hand up to about mid upper arm was bruised due to the IV being put in, it was the most painful experience. I have terrible side affects from the epidurals I’ve gotten. I am exploring my options for my next baby.
Hi Ebby! You are my goals for all things pregnancy. I wonder if you can somehow come up with a postnatal to prenatal protocol. Recipes, meditations, exercises, readings, etc. Thanks!
I would really love to see, and I think k so many women could benefit from how to take care of and nourish our bodies post partum/breastfeeding! I really struggled the first 2 times, and now that I'm on my 3rd you already have given me so many ideas! But I really want/NEED to be the healthiest I can be so I can also be present for my two toddlers as well as a newborn!
I always find myself coming to your page when I need a creative and delicious recipe for an event. I would love to see how you would assemble meals based on events. For example, mothers day brunch with in laws, birthday dinners, summer picnics/big dinners. Literally any event. You have such a way of pairing dishes, I'd love to learn more!!
I would love some smoothie recipes! I’m trying to learn how to nourish my body after 36 years of eating junk and being sick. Any tips or recipes are greatly appreciated!
I love ALL your content!!! our passions & interests seem to be very resonant. i’m just a few years behind you & have my first babe on the way. you were such a beacon of light for me through early pregnancy. so happy to watch your family grow!
I’m interested in all things pregnancy! We just found out we are expecting and I want to be SO intentional with this pregnancy! I love hearing your tips in your recipe videos. Can you go more into depth with your seed cycling and everything you did at each stage of your pregnancy?
I love all of your content and found you on tik tok. I would love to see more information on teas, before during and after pregnancy. I love your recipes. The balms and products you use for your baby. Where you purchased your cloth diapers, what wipes you use, I wanna know everything. The knowledge you have makes me take out a pen and paper, I promise, we’re all taking notes and learning from you, please keep sharing it all!
I would love the recipe for the Adrenal cocktail and any other recipes you used during pregnancy. I’m just starting my first trimester of baby 2 and I’d like to be more intentional about my eating in order to keep up with my 1st baby.
I’m trying to get away from over processed crap, be more organic, more in touch with nature and live a healthier lifestyle. Unfortunately I have a lot of health issues but those issues helped push me further into being more organic and cutting out toxic crap in my life. What was your first steps into being holistic and how long did it take you to make it your everyday habit?
Question that isn’t about this post how does everyone’s credit cards get charged? Does it show up as digital garden? I’m just wondering if it’s this subscription because it’s five dollars or if it’s fraud.
