it can be so overwhelming - you find out you’re pregnant and begin sifting through all of the information out there just to find contradictions, outdated information, fear inducing stories and honestly more advice than one person can take in.

Thankfully I’ve had a lot of women go before me in this process who I really trust as wise, strong, balanced and healthy individuals, and I was able to get a good head start with some of their advice.

So! Here are some of my favorite resources to give you a head start with your own learning. I’ll probably add to this list, and bear in mind that while I love and have gleaned things from all of these sources, they aren’t all infallible and you should always use your intuition and discernment when figuring out what’s best for you!
