Did I appreciate the popcorn lifestyle? No not at all.

It’s cheap. SO CHEAP, dirt cheap. You can get 5lbs of the kernels for $10 (I checked.)
IT’S SO VERSATILE. We mostly had it with butter and salt growing up but I’m about to show you the epic things that can be done with it.
It’s healthyyyy - or at least its very much not unhealthy. No deep frying, no seed oils, no weird additives. Just straight up corn and however you choose to season it.
It’s easy. Comes together so fast and last forever in the pantry so at the drop of a hat you can have a snack ready that feels like a treat.
Other favorite (but more simple) flavor combos-
Cinnamon Coconut sugar (sprinkled right on top immediately after cooking)
Nutritional Yeast & Furikake with Butter (Add butter to pan before pocorn and sprinkle the rest on after cooking)
But my ultimate favorite sweet treat popcorn recipe that never lasts in my house cus even my ‘non sweet tooth’ husband cant resist….
